Words cannot describe how happy we are with our bespoke refurbished stove by Tom at Elms Burners! From start to finish Tom kept us updated with progress and the finish product is nothing but Exceptional! This stove has sentimental value for our family and with Tom’s regular updates and pictures of the work we always felt it was in good hands.
So pleased we found this company and would highly recommend.

Fantastic job by Tom, he gave us a large choice of refurbished stoves. He then completely refurbished and customised our selected stove in the colour of our choice. Then it was installed by the fitter, who went out of his way to make sure we got what we really wanted. Totally recommend Tom, brilliant service from start to finish and so much cheaper than brand new stoves.

We’re absolutely delighted with our fire after using Elms Burners. Tom first came out to service it and did such a great job that we decided to have the fire refurbished and repainted in a beautiful forest green.
We honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. It looks amazing and has completely transformed the fireplace — it feels like we have a brand-new fire! We absolutely love the colour and how it looks in the room.
Tom was friendly, professional and clearly takes real pride in his work. The whole experience was brilliant from start to finish, and the workmanship was excellent.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Tom and Elms Burners. We’re so pleased with our fire and absolutely love it! 🔥💚

From the first contact with Tom regarding our wood burner stove, he has been so helpful. Tom kept me updated with photos when it was stripped, sand blasted and painted. Both Tom and Morgan offered so much advice and guidance and were professional, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend Elms Burners, we really have been very impressed by the service. Thank you.

After several weeks trying to find a burner to fit our style and space we found a Nestor Martin to fit our space, and Tom to make it fit our style.

Tom was patient with us while we navigated colours in different light with samples for our burner, then the setting out of what to highlight and the making of the custom stencil work, he brought clear ideas and knowledge to bespoke project.

Very happy with the final product.
Thank you!

We are so pleased with our log burner from Elms Burners. Our fireplace was measured, and we were offered a selection of burners. Tom was reliable and available for any queries. It worked beautifully during the cold spell, and we shall continue to have Elms Burners for servicing and repairs. Loving our burner!

Can't recommend highly enough. Professional service provided by Tom and the team. We had a 10 year old Morso stove which had a very hard life! they removed, refurbished, rebuilt and got back to like new.
